We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States only. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact details at checkout.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free. We do not charge shipping or handling fees for orders covered by this policy. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before payment.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from order and payment confirmation. This estimate includes order processing and transit time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

If a product has a different availability or delivery estimate, we will clearly disclose it before you place the order.

4. Order Confirmation and Tracking

After you place an order, we send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Once your order ships, we send tracking information or delivery updates when available.

5. Delivery Delays

If we cannot meet the stated delivery timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. We will not substitute store credit for a refund without your agreement.

6. Address Changes and Cancellations

Email us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order. If the order has already shipped, we will help with the delivery or our free return process. Please check your address carefully before completing your purchase.

7. Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries

If an order is missing, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact support@coolinkoltd.shop with your order number and details. Photos of damage and packaging can help us investigate, where available. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, at no additional shipping cost.
